Master EPICS source tree and ASCII file changes

Soon (tomorrow) I am going to start checking in the changes I have made
to get rid of default.dctsdr. This involves several changes to the
source tree (some directories will disappear and some new ones will appear).
I am trying hard to use CVS as intended so I hope I dont disturb
anyone but no guarantees. All changes are in base.

Also for anyone logging on to my workstation. It is now running solaris
instead of sunos.
