Clocks on mv162/mv167 boards

CEBAF wants to use a hardware clock on mv162 and mv167 boards to do
sub-millisecond timing.  We want to avoid using the system auxClock, so that
things like spy will continue to work.  Has anyone programmed the other clocks
on either of these boards?
