Having the documents live where they are maintained is my leaning. We try to
maintain the documents as the code changes. Could the documents
from many sites being mirrored on many others? Where some sites are a mixture
of mirrored and local documents? If there was an easy way to set this up,
I think there would be more than one mirror site if it was easy to setup.
