I don't know if anyone cares, but I am using it :-).
I've added a new address type atISA (which otherwise
behaves like atVMEA24) for the PC stuff.
devLib far from being complete, for VME it could contain
something like 'findFreeIntrVector ()'
and it doesn't make real sense unless _every_ driver/device
uses it.
But I think it's the best we have right know to get
beyond module_types.[ch].
