As far as I know, there is no automatic way to do this.

The only tool available to produce any capfast format files automatically is
a tool (still somewhat rough) called db2capsym which will produce 
capfast symbols  from record definition  (.dbd) files.  There
is no tool for automatically building capfast schematics.

The only way currently to convert from gdct format to capfast is
to print out the .db files produced by gdct and type the non-default
values into the property fields of records in a capfast schematic.

In theory if gdct produced edif files it might be possible to  
to read them into capfast, but I don't think anyone has attempted
that job.
