Hi Maren, 
Do you have at least one of your channels that is always changing?
If not, make yourself a counter and add it to the list.  Then
make all the rest of your channels filled. I think you must add
an F to the beginning of the request.
The current AR archiver is set up so that it will only archive when at
least one channel has changed.
