.DEPENDS - Problem

> gnumake[3]: *** No rule to make target `.DEPENDS'.  Stop.
> gnumake[3]: Leaving directory
 
Make certain that the RULES.* files in the $(EPICS_BASE)/config  directory
have the -include directive instead of include, i.e. "-include .DEPENDS".
