Try "base/src/devOpt/devXxSkeletonGpib.c" - any of the other *Gpib.c files
in this directory can be used as a template as well.

devSup.ascii has gone to the great bit-bucket in the sky; IOW it is no
longer used. Somewhere in the release notes or IOC App. Dev. Guide there's
information on conversion, but I can't seem to find it at the moment. I just
gotta get organized Real Soon Now.
Actually, it all seems to be explained in the release notes for V3.13beta4,
but I don't see it in the release notes for beta11.
It's a little confusing, but all of the documentation hasn't quite caught up
to 3.13 yet. AFIK.
