Let me describe the behavior on Windows NT, because I think we may have the
same behavior, and there is a workaround.
1) Don't use the "Close" button to close the related display setup in edit
mode, use the window manager's close window control. This works on Windows
NT.
2) In execute mode when selecting a menu item, keep your finger on the mouse
button and then release over the selected item. Don't release to get the
menu and then click on the selected item. In other words, pretend you are
using a Mac and you have to keep the mouse button pressed to select. If I
do this then related displays work on Windows NT. Your mileage may vary.
