Frequently problems occur during a soft reboot when there is a device driver 
installed that does not turn of interrupts and or DMA from its hardware device
while vxWorks is rebooting. This can be accomplished by calling rebootHookAdd()
from within the device driver. There are several examples in base/src/drv
and base/src/dev.
