Using sterror() function, I got the following information releted to
these error codes.
-> printf "%s",strerror(0xd0004)
S_iosLib_TOO_MANY_OPEN_FILESvalue = 28 = 0x1c
-> printf "%s",strerror(0x320001)
S_hostLib_UNKNOWN_HOSTvalue = 22 = 0x16
