Epics base release R3.14.0alpha2 is now available.

Documentation is available via

At the bottom of this page is a link to the gzipped tar image for the source.
This is in a password protected area.

This release supports two important unbundled products: The sequencer,
and GPIB. The documentation page contains a link for the sequencer.
In the near future it will also contain a link for the GPIB support.

After building base please read Chapter 2 of the Application developer's Guide.
In particular build and try the example application.
