Thanks, but.. Been there, done that.
The IDL color-limit works fine. Netscape 4.x supports color limiting via
the -ncols switch, but netscape 6 and MS iexplorer do not. We have an
'asp' application (memo class) that will not run under netscape 4.77 on our
Ultra30 creator3D workstation, with Solaris 8. So, the primary culprit
at this is the web browser and we're stuck with the color-gobbler type.
Is there a 'harder' way that you know of to lock-in specified RGB values?
