The original LBL Supported Hardware list implies that the owner used to be
"rjd@APS", but there is no RJD at APS.  This was probably a mis-typing for
rtd = Bob Daly who may still read email at rtd@aps.anl.gov but if not try
rtdaly@anl.gov.  I have no idea whether he still has the driver, the
nearest number I can find in our source tree at APS claims to be for an
HP8657, which may be a totally different beast.
