The directory is not empty. Keck has their ftp server set up in such a way
that the standard command for listing files ("dir") in fact lists nothing.
You have to use "ls", and most browsers and gui clients won't do that.
Using ftp from the command line, I see:
seq-2.0.0.tar.gz
(Unfortunately, "ls" won't give you details such as size and date.
I think this is where I got seq-1.9.5 from, but it doesn't seem to be there
anymore.
