Hi,

I've been running EPICS R3.14.0beta2 on a solaris-sparc-gnu host and have
just
started getting the following message:

.../online_notify.c: CA beacon routing (connect to "128.171.96.255:5065")
error was "Connection refused"

I didn't change any of the code or database that I've been running, 
but we did experience a power outage last night so machines had to
be rebooted.  I've tried it on two different hosts with the same results.

caget/caput work fine so I don't think this is a problem, but it is a
nuisance.
I've run casw but it didn't show anything.

Here's an output of the ifconfig command:
