Len,

It's difficult to make good guesses with this information. It's
possible that some code has corrupted the CA client library's
data structures. However, I notice that you are running
R3.13.0.beta.12 circa 1998/08/18, but many issues have been fixed
since the beta releases of R3.13. In particular, while looking at
your stack trace I notice that it is calling
cac_clean_iiu_list(), but it appears that this routine does not
exist in the latest patch level of R3.13.
