The include files are there. The -l option is not in the gcc command line.
But it wasn't on the RH 8 system, either, and that built OK. Where in the
build configuration should the option be added?

I'm working on a similar setup right now. openmotif-devel provides
/usr/X11R6/include/Xm/Xm.h. Is this file on your system? If not, you have
a problem with the installation of that rpm. If so, is make passing
-I/usr/X11R6/include to gcc? If not, you have a problem in your epics
build configuration.
