1) DLD is a library package of C functions that performs DYNAMIC LINK
EDITING. Programs that use DLD can add or remove compiled object code from
a process anytime during its execution. If you don't have dld installed in
your system, please comment out the lines in your Makefile.Host and
Makefile.Unix. Our system doesn't have dld, but we can run dm2k smoothly.
2) The file Value.h is in the directory dm2k-2.5.3/xc.
