US Army violates the "unborn child".....

   Victim - Ted Teeter Jr, 11777 foothills blvd, Lakeview Terrace, Calif, 91342

   As the father I sobbed slightly as I observed my son born into the world a few years back and all appeared fine at the birth and it wasn't until I followed the child to the weighing room where he was to be cleaned that something horribble transpired, I recieved the beliefs, perceptions that something was horribly wrong with the child, I voiced the concerns to the mother of my financee who had additionally attended the birth of my son. The mother who had observed numerous children during their births simply assured me that all was fine with the child who appeared well, however, I stil reaffirmed, without any validation, that something was wrong with the child. Horribly, as quickly as the ill feelings that the child was not well appeared, the feelings as well quickly disappeared, the feelings, beliefs, and perceptions were unfounded. It was a day later that my finacee and I learned that the son was born with a major heart, cardiovascular deformity and would require numerous open heart surgeries and his life was in peril. I am not "psychic" the feelings, beliefs were not of my generation, someone had prior knowledge of the deformities, considering I became aware of my victimization of the below methodologies two years ago I wholeheartedly believe the US Army violates the "unborn child". Why violate the "unborn child"?, character, personality references, the "unborn child" retains no reference to their psychological characteristics, personality traits the child will never know any original characteristics only those of US Army origin as identically experienced by the author, child victim at age 5 who does still retain references to original character, personality. Further of horror one of the two daugthers of the father has been confirmed to have been violated as described. Classified documentation below supports the existence of the technology.

  California US Army, US Army nationally, internationally utilizing the methodologies of satellite radiation as documented below as well retain the ability to converse with a victim by avenues of a process referenced as "radiation neurological interpreted conversation". The process provides a voice pattern of the personnel over satellite radiation which closely matches the neurological radiation of the human neurological system, the delivered satellite radiation containing the personnels voice pattern simply is interpreted by the victims neurological system, subconcious voice, the satellite radiation is accepted as human naturally generated neurological radiation. Imagery, pictures are as well exchanged with a victim by described methodology. Additionally, the human emotional balances, memories, thoughts, perceptions of events, realities are as well the altered. As the software engineer, Washington Post remote staff member I extensively researched the technology and observed astronomical amounts of US Army resourced satellite trajectories nationally, internationally.

(U) Mission Description:
(U) The Defense Research Sciences Program Element is budgeted in the Basic Research Budget Activity because it provides the technical foundation for long-term improvements through the discovery of new phenomena and the exploration of the potential of such phenomena for national security applications. It supports the scientific study and experimentation that is the basis for more advanced knowledge and understanding in information, electronic and materials sciences.

(U) The Information Sciences project supports basic scientific study and experimentation in information sciences technology areas such as computational models, new mechanisms for performing computation and communication integrating biological and information processes, innovative approaches to the composition of software, and novel human computer interface technologies. At the intersection of biology and information technology, this project will explore scientific study and experimentation emphasizing biological software, computations based on biological materials, physical interfaces between electronics and biology, and interactive biology.

(U) This project supports scientific study and experimentation that is the basis for more advanced knowledge and understanding in information sciences technology areas related to long-term national security requirements such as computational models and new mechanisms for performing computation and communication integrating biological and information processes. This project is also exploring innovative approaches to the composition of software and novel human computer interface technologies.
