VMIC 2510B driver and device support

Hello,

I'm looking for an existing EPICS driver and device support for the 
VMIVME 2510B 64-channel digital i/o board (from VMIC).
I found an old tech-talk message dated Jan 2001 regarding this module 
from mythili@ipr.res.in
but the email I sent to this address bounced back.   So, if anyone knows 
of an existing EPICS software for this
board I'd be interested.
