I am attaching a R3_14 version of epvxi that builds and loads on vxWorks.

Please note

1) It only works on vxWorks. It should be converted to also work for 
RTEMS. This means:
   a) replacing all vxWorks specific calls with devLib calls
   b) All shell commands need to be registered.
2) It has NOT been tested on a vxi IOC. I have no easy way to do this.

It is at least a good starting point.

The epvxi code was written by Jeff Hill.
