Hi,

	ca_host_name() function returns IOC name that have PV.
	This function is used in probe and gives IOC name and port
number. So it isOk.
	When I use it in Windows, Epics 3.14.7, VC2003 I get local
(client or OPI) PC name.
	Any idea?
