There's a driver for the TEWS TVME-200 in release 2.8 of drvIpac, and 
after a brief glance through the 220's manual this card looks to be 
completely compatible with that driver.  I haven't converted it from 
vxWorks to devLib calls yet, but I'd be very happy to accept patches for 
that if anyone offers them (I think Till Strauman may have done this for 
some carriers, but I don't think he ever actually sent me a patch file).
