Hello Ernest,
we interfaced EPICS to our ISAC building control system (BACNET
installation provided by Delta Controls).
Currently the interface is read-only.
This was done by Rod Nussbaumer ([email protected]) and reported at ICALEPCS.
A copy of the ICALEPCS paper can be found here:

Hi Ned,
How is it going?
How have some interfaced their accelerator conventional facilities to
EPICS?
In particular HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.
There are industry standards for Building Automation Systems such as,
BACnet.
Did someone interface to something like "BACnet" or "LON Works" (i.e.
an industry standard for "building automation and controls network")?
Our HVAC system is supplied by TRANE (http://www.trane.com/
Does anyone else use TRANE?
Thanks,
Ernest L. Williams Jr.
