Re: build multiple tops?

In my case, I use environment variable and "gmake -e" to overwrite make
variables and settings located in configure/RELEASE.
The reason I use this make option is exactly for the same purpose you
want to use it: "easy" upgrade of epics release or many builds of same
epics release.
