Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System

Lewis,
Rather than using the PFCU-4 controller, you might consider an alternative
interface method. At the SLS, we are driving several of the XIA PF4 filter
units via Hytec 8001 64 channel binary output modules. This saves us the
need for NIM crates, and we need the 8001 for other actuators in the
beamlines anyway.

Subject: Driver for XIA PFCU-4 controller
I don't see it listed on the EPICS web site's supported
hardware list,
but has anyone written a driver for the XIA PFCU-4 controller?

Thanks,
