Subject: edm: Displaying numeric information

Is there a way to have edm display numeric information as 'leading zero'
fields?

For instance, I want to display a time from my PLC.
The PLC has a variable that is hours, one that is minutes, and one that
is seconds.milliseconds.
I want to display '00:00:00.000' instead of ' 0: 0: 0.0 '.
