The timer test is the only item that failed, it looks like.
Where do I look for that?

cd <epics_top>/src/libCom/test
Then run the test by hand. Here's what I do for Mac OS X -- you'll have to make appropriate substitutions (replace darwin-x86 with netbsd-x86) for your host architecture.

 ./O.darwin-x86/epicsTimerTest
1..40
# Testing timer accuracy
ok  1 - timerCount == nTimers
