As of a week ago I thought the problem was fixed — our sysadmins 
replaced the rtsp proxy in the firewall with an ip filter.  Have you 
tried it since 3/17?

Does anybody know if it's possible to transcode RealVideo files into any 
widely used non-proprietary formats, and if so what tools I need to do that?
