I can start the video running now (no, I haven't tried in a week or two), but it has a really hard time streaming the video (constantly starts and stops).

Part of this problem may be due to my location, so I'm going to try from a different location later today. Our network out to my office is done through a combination of T1 and WiMAX links, and at times, can be kind of slow. I should be in at another site on our high-speed fiber backbone later today, and I'll try it from there later on. At least I'm not getting the connection failures any more, and thats an improvement.

As of a week ago I thought the problem was fixed â our sysadmins
replaced the rtsp proxy in the firewall with an ip filter. Have you
tried it since 3/17?

Does anybody know if it's possible to transcode RealVideo files into any
widely used non-proprietary formats, and if so what tools I need to do that?

Thanks,

- Andrew
