Yes, that's correct.

I don't know of any way to configure it.  I think it is automatic, it
knows if a packet is from one of their cameras from the protocol in the
packet header.  It appears in the Windows Control Panel/Local Area
Connection Properties/Prosilica GigE Viewer.  But it does not allow one
to edit any properties (unlike  Internet Protocol on that same list),
one can only enable or disable it.
