I've run into a compilation problem with the channel archiver.  In the file CtrlInfo.cpp
the error message refers to no member function capacity() for _infobuf.  In fact, there
is no such beast in the header file.  This is all in LibIO directory.

In the Storage directory, capacity is defined in DataFile.h which is in it's version of
CtrlInfo.cpp.   So, what should I do to make this compile?
