There was significant work done on on the error reporting by dbStaticLib for
R3.14.10. Now if you forget to call the registerRecordDeviceDriver routine
you should see this error message the first time it tries to create a record
instance:
*** Did you run x_RegisterRecordDeviceDriver(pdbbase) yet? ***
dbAllocRecord(<name>) with <type> rec_size = 0
Note that when you see failures like this, you should always concentrate on
the very first error message displayed since later errors are likely to be
inaccurate as a result of the earlier failures.
