Hello, everyone

I am a beginner to use EPICS system.
I want to connect to an instrument SL1000 via VXI11 mode.
But unluckily some error happened.

My PC environment:
OS: CentOS5.3
EPICS_BASE: base-3.14.10
asynDriver: asyn-4.11
instrument: sl1000-1.1 

So someone could tell why connect is failed?
And what is the problem with my epics project?
