Hi James
I talk about HyperArchiver, for the moment is an hybrid system, RDB
mysql for the
configuration and Hypertable for the index and data how you have wrote.
The second step is remove RDB MySQL and use only hypertable.
The result are good and the problems presented from me in the Epics
Meating
were resolved, using a new Hypertable java API and a new release of
Hypertable 0.9.3.3. Now Is available a new one 0.9.3.4, but I don't
tested it.
Is available a test Package with a short guide for install and
configuration here:
http://www.lnl.infn.it/~epics/hypertable/HypertableTest.tar.gz
In my last test I have stored 2179045 rows and i stored 10000 pv per
second without lost of pv and I had good result with retrieval.
