Subject: RE: debian package update to 3.14.11

This upgrade has occurred. Everyone using the stable/lenny repository
will receive 3.14.11 during the next system upgrade.

Please note that this upgrade includes an ABI incompatible change to the
Base libraries. After the upgrade all EPICS IOCs and clients which are
not packaged will need to be rebuild or linking errors will occur.
