I’m using GNU make version
3.81.
I saw that message regarding
multiple patterns, as well. Not sure what I did to create that situation or
how to resolve it.

Hello Florencio,
What version of 'make' are you using (make -v)?
The message, "multiple target patterns", is coming
from GNU make, but I don't know what it means.
See page #155 of the GNU make Version 3.82 Manual,
there are multiple patterns in the target section;

Hello all,
I’ve just installed EPICS base (3.14.12.1) on Windows XP

I was attempting to building the Example IOC application (per Section 2.2 of
the Application Developer’s Guide).
Unfortunately, I am encountering the following errors upon
attempting to compile:

Not sure if this is an indication that I have a bad EPICS
base build and/or have something lacking in my environment, etc. Any help/info/assistance
will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
