I don't know if you have noticed that now you can open an opi as a detached view (which is standalone opi window) and place it to anywhere of the monitor based on its location properties. (Obviously, this is not a good practice because it can easily lead to lots of unclosed opi windows as in the era of EDM and MEDM, so this should only be used for people to immigrate to the land of BOY). So in principle it is easy to support opening a detached opi at a predefined location from command line, but I'm not sure about the usability and performance to open hundreds of such views. You may test it and let me know if this solution could work for you. Or we may come up with a better solution later.
