No, for that you need to expand the file at build-time and make use of the MSI
(Macro Substitution and Include) extension or its equivalent. The other
alternative to look at would be to use VDCT which can handle this kind of
thing, using its ports and templates feature, although you still have to
expand the database at build- or edit-time.
