Subject: mbbi/mbbo Mask values

Is there some specific reason that you can't set the MBBx MASK value directly in the database?

I would like to pick a group of bits to represent my values that are not consecutive (Bits 0,1, 8, and 9 for instance).  That’s 2 safety input bits, and their corresponding Validity values from an AB GuardLogix PLC.
