The Keithley 2700 DMMs work well, though they may be overkill for your application.

All,
    There's some old (from 2000) tech-talk posts asking about thermocouple readout hardware.  Anyone have a solution for TCs that's not a PLC module?  I would prefer something like 8 channels over serial or Ethernet.  We have only a few TCs, and they tend to be scattered around.  Seen some products that look to be usb only.
