The Makefile in asyn/documentation doesn't use the regular EPICS build rules, 
but it does run doxygen with its own Doxyfile, then install the results into 
the asyn/html directory using 'cp -r asynDoxygenHTML ../html'.  That's the 
only example I know of so far.
