Hi,
We’ve been experiencing problems getting to
http://www.aps.anl.gov/ for at least several days.
We have opened a ticket with our ITD and they came back saying it is aps resets TCP connection.
Can someone please open a ticket with aps ITD with the following information from bnl ITD:
“A review of the router/firewall ACL and HTTP(s) proxy logs does not have any indications of a IP block on the BNL side of the transaction. The behavior that we are observing
is indicative of a block on APS' end. Please contact ANL and inquire if IP address 130.199.3.165 is being blocked or filtered in any way. “
