Re: EPICS Collaboration Meeting in San Francisco

Dear All,

Next EPICS meeting will be held somewhere in ASIA on spring of 2014.
As I mentioned at the this meeting, we did not come to the conclusion
were will it be in ASIA.

Here, I propose to have the next meeting in KEK, JAPAN.
If you have alternative recommendation or proposal, please inform me
(noboru.yamamoto@Kek.jp) as soon as possible.

I aporogize slow start of site selection of next EPICS collaboration
meeting in ASIA. I also thank you for your kind cooperation in advance.
