Hi:
You can try to attach a script that's triggered by some PV that updates every 60 seconds, for example sim://noise(0, 10, 60)
In that script, you then change the URL to something that's basically the same URL, but looks different enough to prevent caching.
Like
http://my.server/path/to/image.png?dummy_timestamp=2421423421
where you include the current time.
As a rule, however, I would try to avoid scripts and rules.
Can you try to use the web display widget, point that to a page that has a
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="60">
to self-refresh?
Or publish the image as a PV?
