Syntax highlighting for db or protocol files

Hi

Are there syntax highlighting for db or protocol files? (Preferable for vim)

Yesterdays post about "SNL syntax highlight for text editors" encouraged Florian to ask the question.

Usual feature of editors for programmers is completion of keywords, function & symbol names.
In case of editing db or protocol files, wouldn't it be nice to have completion of PV names or menu choices read from IOC's local db & dbd definitions ?
