You will need to read the documentation for the NI USB-HS to determine how to use it under Linux. Although the USB-HS says it supports Linux, I could not find any information on installing it under Linux on this page:

You may be able to use the VXI-11 driver if they make a Linux device that looks like VXI-11, but if not you might need to write an asyn port driver.

That is not what VDCT does. You need a driver (preferably based on asyn) that records can then talk to using StreamDevice or other modules.

I am learning asyn module from release notes then i have seen more fields in release notes(asyn record:
Release 4-23) but not saw in VDCT asyn record like that : sock for socket,AINP,BINP,PCNCT
then how can we add fields in record?
