Sequencer web search lists out-dated sites

Hi Folks

I have noted that web searches for "epics sequencer" still list some
completely obsolete web pages. One is as SLAC (3rd hit on duckduckgo*):

  http://www.slac.stanford.edu/grp/ssrl/spear/epics/site/seq/Installation.html

and another one at KECK (5th hit on duckduckgo):

  http://www2.keck.hawaii.edu/realpublic/epics/seq/index.html

I would kindly ask the persons responsible for those pages to either

* remove them, or

* redirect them to

    http://www-csr.bessy.de/control/SoftDist/sequencer/

  or,

* at least place a prominent note at the top as to the status of the page and
  a link to the above listed sequencer home page.

It is not out of vanity that I ask this; personnally, I couldn't care less.
But these pages can lead newcomers astray and are thus a disservice to the
community.

If anyone worries: The introduction chapter I have written takes care to
properly mention the authors (and their affiliations, at the time) of the
original code, as well as anyone else who made significant contributions. If I
forgot anyone, please send me a note and I will fix it immediately.

(*) I used duckduckgo instead of google in order to get results not tainted by
personalization.
