No FLNK does not do this.
If you pull the value into the record, you can use the MS (maximize alarm severity). It would be useful to look over the first couple of chapters of the Record Reference Manual. It discusses the use of these links.

Subject: FLNK + Alarm Fields
Dear All,
I'm using EPICS with a s7-1200 PLC from Siemens that uses separate
"tags" for values and alarms that are transferred periodically
to the IOC (using s7nodave and "Poll Groups").
Is it possible to use a FLNK link to change Alarm related fields (HIHI,
HIGH, LOW, and LOLO ) on a "ai" PV?
Should I use subroutines or any other method?
Thanks in advance
-Bernardo
